Our seven bedrooms are all en-suite, 5 which are double rooms and 2 which are family rooms. The 2 family rooms can also be used as twin rooms.
Each bedroom has a:

Guest information welcome pack
In addition, you may find one of the following little luxuries to make your stay even more enjoyable - fresh flowers, some aromatic toiletries or some delicious fresh fruit.
Each bedroom is individually decorated with hopefully every possible comfort thought of - please let us know if we have missed something!!! So, relax and feel at home, and let us look after you.
We have a large drying room for those walkers and cyclists requiring their clothes and boots to be ready for the next day's exertions. Storage for cyclists and motor bikes is also available for your use.
You can relax and spend your evenings on our large patio surrounded by our wonderful award winning ‘Pitlochry in Bloom' hanging baskets and plants. Should you bring your own drinks we can happily provide glasses, ice and nibbles.
Bed and Full Breakfast is available all year round and the tariff range (dependent on time of year) for the year 2007 is:
£22.00 – £30.00 per person, per night.
Special Offer discounts are available during the following period:

“Spring Steps” (March to May)
Check in on the day of your arrival is from 12.00 noon.
Check out on the day of your departure is by 10.30 a.m.
We have a reduced tariff for children which depends on their age and whether they share their parents room or require a room of their own.
We are able to provide, free of charge, a travel cot for children under the age of two years. Please feel free to bring your own cot blankets with you, otherwise we can provide these during your stay.
Methods of Payment and Terms of Booking
We are able to accept Cash, Cheques (along with a valid banker's cheque guarantee card), Switch, Visa or Mastercard. A non-refundable 10% deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
