This immaculately kept Guest House with its clean, bright and spacious en-suite bedrooms is ideally situated for easy access to shops, restaurants, bars and Pitlochry's world famous Festival Theatre. Rosehill provides the perfect base from which to explore Perthshire and the surrounding Highlands. 90% of all parts of mainland Scotland can be reached from Pitlochry within a 2 hour drive another good reason to extend your stay at Rosehill.

A secure garage is also available for motorbikes and cyclists. A large "drying room" that is popular with walkers is also provided.
We are really proud of our Silver Gilt awarded to us in 2004 and 2005 by Pitlochry in Bloom for Containers and Hanging Baskets for Small Hotel/Guest House. We are open all year and welcome you to enjoy our hospitality.
